1. Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your delivery address.

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
    • Shipping Cost: Free on orders over $50 within the U.S.
    • For orders under $50, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
  • Expedited Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
    • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout.
  • Overnight Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 1 business day
    • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM (Central Time) may be processed the next business day.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

3. Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive, depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping and Overnight Shipping are faster delivery options for urgent orders.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as weather, carrier delays, or public holidays.

4. International Shipping

Currently, we offer shipping within the United States only. We are working on expanding to international markets in the future. Please stay tuned for updates!

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
  • We only ship to addresses within the U.S. at this time.
  • We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order via the carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

7. Lost or Damaged Items

  • Lost Items: If your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at support@langheair.store. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and assist you with the process.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Provide photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

8. Signature Requirements

For certain high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of your items. You will be notified if this applies to your order.

9. Shipping Address Errors

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@langheair.store. We will do our best to correct the address before your order is shipped. Unfortunately, once the order is processed, we are unable to make changes.
